This week, work began on the new log yard at Rettenmeier in Plößberg. Our team is already on-site with full commitment and has successfully implemented the first important steps.

As part of the project launch, the first cable routes were constructed, and the control cabinets manufactured by us were installed. Additionally, work on the sensor and actuator wiring has already commenced. This lays the foundation for the next construction and installation phases.

Numerous further work steps are scheduled for the coming weeks. Together, we are working to implement the project efficiently and on schedule. We look forward to the next progress and will continue to provide exciting insights into the current status of the work.

For the new construction of Steinhilber Garden Center, we were commissioned to implement the complete electrical installation, the appropriate lighting, and the wiring for the greenhouse technology. The project’s goal was to combine modern technology with an atmosphere that is both functional and pleasant.

The focus was on the optimal coordination of all technical components – from electrical installation to the lighting of the various indoor and outdoor areas. The lighting solutions used not only created functional workspaces but also an atmospheric environment that perfectly showcases the premises and plants.

The lighting, in particular, ensures a harmonious overall appearance while supporting the demands for efficiency and everyday usability in the new building.

A big thank you goes to Licht Zentrale for their expert advice and for providing the project images. We also thank all involved parties for the pleasant cooperation and the trust placed in us throughout the entire project.

Construction of our new facility has begun—marking the start of an exciting project that will take shape step by step over the coming months. With this first construction site update, we’d like to provide a glimpse into the current status of the work.

Foundation work has already begun, and the first shaft foundations have been successfully poured. They form the stable base for the future hall columns and are therefore a crucial component for the rest of the construction. Especially in this early phase of construction, the highest level of precision is required so that all subsequent steps can build upon them optimally.

The new facility will provide additional space for our control cabinet manufacturing and our warehouse. This will give us more room for efficient workflows and future growth.

Today’s program for us wasn’t just about technology and craftsmanship. Our entire team took a first-aid course so that we can respond quickly and appropriately in an emergency.

After all, safety, responsibility, and mutual support are just as much a part of our daily work as good tools and a clean worksite. The training provided an opportunity to review key procedures and practice them in a real-world setting—for greater safety in everyday work and beyond.

After a successful day of training, we spent a relaxing evening together. Over pizza, drinks, and a great atmosphere, we were able to kick off the Easter weekend together and enjoy our time as a team.

We’re proud of our strong sense of camaraderie—not just at work, but also off the job site.

This week, a new NSHV was successfully loaded and transported to the customer. This marks another important step toward the commissioning of the project.

From initial planning through manufacturing to delivery and subsequent installation, we provide everything under one roof. This allows us to coordinate all processes seamlessly and ensure the highest standards of quality, functionality, and reliability.

Close coordination within our team enables us to develop customized solutions that are precisely tailored to the requirements of each project. With this NSHV as well, great emphasis was placed on proper installation and reliable power distribution.

Very soon, the system will ensure a stable and reliable power supply for the customer, thereby making an important contribution to smooth operations.

Today, we’d like to offer a slightly more personal glimpse into our lives and share a cause that’s especially close to our hearts.

We have received tremendous support as part of our current initiative—the construction of our new warehouse, the expansion of our control panel manufacturing operations, and the further development of our entire facility. We would especially like to thank Roland Grillmeier, who has guided and supported our project with great dedication.

His efforts played a key role in moving our project forward and ensuring that it will now be implemented in the near future. Above all, however, he convinced us to continue strengthening our presence in the Tirschenreuth district and to set aside any plans to seek a new location outside the district.

For us, this demonstrates once again how important expertise, experience, and the willingness to take on responsibility and actively make a difference in the region are. Strong regional support creates opportunities—not only for businesses, but also for jobs and the local future.

We had the opportunity to carry out a comprehensive project for Raiffeisen Nopf, in which we were able to draw on a large part of our range of services.

From electrical distribution systems to complete cabling and installation, and on to modern lighting technology and fire safety measures—this project called upon numerous areas of expertise within our company. The goal was to create a reliable, modern, and future-proof technical infrastructure that is optimally tailored to the needs of the new location.

We are particularly proud to be able to carry out projects of this magnitude right here in our region. Projects like these demonstrate how important close cooperation, trust, and coordination based on partnership are throughout the entire project phase.

We kicked off the start of Carnival season together with a small but lovely tradition. As we do every year, the Lions Club provided us with delicious doughnuts.

The sweet surprise not only lifted everyone’s spirits at work but also provided a brief break from the daily routine. Moments like these show just how important community and small traditions are in the day-to-day life of a team.
